When you complete "Westfall Stew" quest line, it says you have received a Hand of Grim.
When you complete "Poor Old Blanchy," it says you have received a Gressil, Dawn of Ruin.

When you look in your inventory, neither items have been added, thus it has no exploitation benefits.
