| You can repeat quests that contains 1 or more items that you recieve for completing it. If you backpack is filled while completing the quest you will get the possible money and/or exp but it will not give you the item reward since your backpack already is filled, after completion you can take the same quest again. This also "works" if you need a quest item to complete the quest, the quest item will stay in your backpack if all slots are filled and you can repeat it again.
