Lost Riding Skill after using Hearthstone

After using a hearthstone get back to town, my riding skill disappeared and now i'm unable to use a riding mount. I've tried relearning the skill at the riding instuctor, but unfortunately, the Apprentice Riding skill does not show up. the other riding skills are listed journeyman, Expert and Artisan, but Apprentice riding intially is required before i can buy any of the other riding skills.

I would really appreciate some help in getting my riding skill relearned. Thank you!

Thx Nate for teaching me apprentice riding. I went back to the riding instructor to learn the other skills and now "journeyman riding" does not show up for purchase. only Expert and Artisan. So i'm unable to go beyond Apprentice lvl or 75/75 riding skill. I have a feeling you guys may need to simply add the riding skill levels of journeyman, expert and artisan. I cant seem to have any luck with the riding instructor xD sigh. thx for the help so far hehe you guys are great!

Besides my rogue needing his Riding Skill repaired my 2 alts a priest and a warrior are stuck at lvl 70, there is no EXP bar showing for them.
