lol yeh i know. frostmourne is also a great sword and guess what, i have a pair of those too. the resists help a little but in a conflict i doubt it will help much when a caster is doing some serious dps on you, especially when they have donater gear too.Added (2007-09-14, 2:30 Am)

need that melee speed to gain a balance against the ranged attackers who can deal alot heavier dmg when kiting. i've seen casters blow melee players outta the water if that melee cant get in close, plus if they do get close. guess what resist, shield absorb , blink, frost nova , dot, root, moonfire, fireball etc... major spell spammage will stop a melee attacker fast.
but i dont doubt the swords or daggers are already well designed. all i'm asking is for that shield user sword to have a version thats designed for dual wielding.
